Please contact your insurance company to see how much of the therapy session is financially covered.  Each client/family is responsible for managing the finances.  Please find out about any co-pays or deductibles for mental health therapy prior to your first appointment.  

Cash, check, HSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment or co-payment is due at the time of service. A release of information is required to relay and remit payments from your insurance company. This will be signed at the time of your first appointment.

Cancellations or missed appt

 Unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee to the credit card on file at the time of your appt missed. 

I do not participate voluntarily in client litigation matters.  If I am subpoenaed to appear as a witness involving a client, I will contact you to discuss the process.  Charges associated with preparation, travel, and time I spend in court will be charged at a rate of $325.00 per hour including travel time to and from location.  In addition, I do not make custody recommendations.
